This log keeps almost nothing about you. The rule I follow is the Canadian one, PIPEDA: say what is collected, use it only for that reason, and do not sell it.
The machine that serves these pages records the usual line: address, browser, and which note was opened. I use that to see whether the station is up. I do not build a file of readers.
If you write to [email protected], I keep the message long enough to answer, then it goes. There is no mailing list, because there is no form that could start one.
No account, no payment card, no ticket record. If a page here ever asked for a card number, it would not be this station.
Write the same address if you want a copy of a letter you sent, or if you want it deleted. I will do that unless a legal duty says otherwise.
A sponsored line can point at this domain. It does not hire me, and it does not make The Summit Sky Report the voice of any lift or viewpoint. The same privacy limits apply if you typed the address or followed an ad. I still do not sell tickets, and I still do not take payment details. Questions about an operator’s own privacy notice belong to that operator.
